Integrations overview
Map every integration available to your team — calendars, messaging, LinkedIn, Greenhouse, identity, and webhooks — and pick what to connect first.
The Integrations hub
Most integrations are managed from the Partner Hub: open the Integrations tab in the Operations group (also reachable at https://os.thequantumclub.com/partner/hub?tab=integrations). Each integration appears as a card with a Connect button, and once connected shows its Status (Active or Inactive), Sync Frequency, and Last Synced time, plus Sync Now and Configure actions.
Calendar connections and webhooks are personal or developer-level, so they live in account settings and the API section rather than the hub.
Available integrations
Calendar
Sync Google Calendar or Outlook so interviews land on real availability.
Slack and Microsoft Teams
Real-time hiring notifications in the channels your team already watches.
Syndicate jobs and import candidate profiles.
Greenhouse
ATS sync for candidates and pipeline updates.
SCIM and SSO
Enterprise sign-in and automated user provisioning from your identity provider.
Webhooks
Stream hiring events to your own systems.
Choosing what to connect first
- Calendar has the highest immediate payoff: it removes scheduling back-and-forth and prevents double-booked interviews.
- Slack or Microsoft Teams keeps the team responsive without anyone living in a dashboard — response time is an SLA, and notifications are how you meet it.
- Greenhouse matters when your organization already runs its system of record there; connect it before migrating any process.
- SCIM and SSO are for IT teams managing access at scale — set them up once, then onboarding and offboarding follow your identity provider automatically.
- Webhooks are for engineering teams building custom automation on top of hiring events.
More connectors in the hub
The Integrations hub also lists additional ATS and HRIS connectors — Lever, Workday, and SuccessFactors — alongside the integrations documented here. The connection flow (Connect, then Configure and Sync Now) works the same way for each.
Who can manage integrations
Connecting company-wide integrations requires admin-level access in your partner workspace; personal calendar connections are available to every team member. See roles and permissions for the full matrix.
