How to check whether The Quantum Club is operational, how to report a problem, and what to expect when you do — routed by the kind of issue you have.
If something is not working, this page tells you where to go and what to expect.
Is The Quantum Club down?
If the application at os.thequantumclub.com is unreachable or erroring for you:
- Check your own connection and try a hard refresh.
- If it persists, report it using the path below — include the time it started and what you were doing.
We post confirmed incidents and their resolution in the changelog. When an incident is open, that is where the current status and updates will appear.
Report a problem
Route your report by what kind of issue it is — this gets it to the right people fastest.

What to expect
- Product issues raised through the application are triaged during business hours (Europe/Amsterdam) and prioritized by impact.
- Security reports are acknowledged within 3 business days — see the disclosure policy for the full timeline and safe-harbor terms.
- Accessibility reports receive a response within 5 business days.
Escalating
If an issue is urgent — a suspected security incident, a data-protection concern, or a complete outage — say so explicitly in your report so it can be escalated. For anything affecting your personal data, see GDPR.
