How a hire flows
A typical search moves through five phases: you publish a job with the pipeline stages you want, candidates enter through applications and Club AI matching, your team reviews and advances them stage by stage, interviews produce scorecards, and the search closes with an offer — or a structured decline that feeds back into matching quality.
