Quickstart
Go from a fresh partner account to a published job with a live pipeline — plan for about five minutes.
Prerequisites: a partner account on The Quantum Club with permission to create jobs (Owner, Admin, or Recruiter).
Sign in and open the Partner Hub
Sign in at os.thequantumclub.com. The Partner Hub is your team's home screen — jobs, pipeline, and team management all start here.
Create the job
From your jobs view, start a new job. The creation flow walks you through the role in steps: the role details (title, seniority, employment type, department), requirements and nice-to-haves, locations and work mode, tools, and the pipeline stages the role will use.
If your company has created roles before, choose Create from Template to start from an existing job instead of a blank form.
You can save as a draft at any point. Nothing is visible to candidates until you publish.
Publish
Choose Publish Job. Publishing makes the role visible to candidates and starts accepting applications. The job is created atomically — the role, its locations, tools, and pipeline stages all land together, so a published job is never half-configured.
You can Unpublish to Draft later if you need to take the role offline without losing anything.
Watch the pipeline appear
Open the published job. Its pipeline view is live immediately, organized by the stages you chose — the default flow runs Applied, Screening, Interview, Assessment, Offer, Hired. As candidates apply or Club AI matches them in, they appear in the first stage, ready to advance.
Invite a teammate
From your team area, choose Invite Member and assign a role. A Recruiter can run pipelines and create jobs; a Member acts on candidates for the jobs they are assigned to. Roles are explained in Roles and permissions.
