Create and publish jobs
Create a job with the multi-step form, configure its pipeline, and control exactly when candidates see it.
Prerequisites: Owner, Admin, or Recruiter role.
Create a job
Start a new job
From your jobs view in the Partner Hub, start a new job — or choose Create from Template to begin from one of your company's existing roles and edit from there.
Describe the role
Enter the title, department, seniority (junior through VP/C-suite), employment type (full-time, part-time, contract, freelance, internship), and urgency. Write the role description here too.
Add requirements
List the requirements and the nice-to-haves separately. Keep requirements to what genuinely disqualifies — Club AI matching and your reviewers both read these literally.
Set locations and tools
Add one or more locations, each with its own work mode (onsite, hybrid, or remote), and mark the primary one. Add the tools and technologies the role uses.
Configure the pipeline
Choose the stages candidates move through. Your company's Default Pipeline Configuration is the starting template for new jobs — the standard flow is Applied, Screening, Interview, Assessment, Offer, Hired — and you can customize stages per job, including custom interview formats. You can also choose a continuous pipeline for always-on roles.
Save or publish
Save as a draft to keep working, or publish immediately. Job creation is atomic: the role, locations, tools, and stages are committed together, so the job is never created half-configured.
Stealth mode
For sensitive searches, a job can run in stealth mode with a named viewer list: only the people you add can see the role. Every change is recorded in a stealth audit trail — who enabled or disabled stealth mode, and who was added or removed as a viewer. For broader confidentiality controls, see Confidential searches.
Manage publishing state
| Action | Effect |
|---|---|
| Publish Job | Makes the role visible to candidates and starts accepting applications |
| Unpublish to Draft | Hides the role from candidates and returns it to draft |
| Close | Stops accepting new applications; you can reopen later |
Bulk controls let you publish, close, or archive several jobs at once from the jobs list.
Editing a published job
You can edit a published job at any time. Changes that affect matching cause Club AI to re-evaluate the role, so keep the description current rather than working around it.
