Conformance status
This site aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 level AA. It is currently partially conformant: most of the experience meets AA, and the exceptions below are being actively remediated.
What works well
- Full keyboard operability of navigation, search, and the in-page assistant.
- Semantic headings, landmarks, and alternative text on meaningful images.
- A high-contrast monochrome design that meets AA contrast in both light and dark themes for body text.
- Respect for
prefers-reduced-motionfor page and component transitions. - A per-page "Copy as Markdown" and plain-text surface for assistive reading.
Known issues (being fixed)
We are tracking these against a near-term remediation milestone:
- Skip-to-content link is not yet present on every page (WCAG 2.4.1).
- The light-theme focus ring does not yet meet the 3:1 non-text contrast minimum on every control (WCAG 1.4.11).
- Current-page indication is visual but not yet exposed programmatically
(
aria-current) in all navigation.
If you hit one of these, the workarounds are: use the search dialog (⌘K / Ctrl-K) to jump directly to a page, and use your browser or OS high-contrast mode.
Tell us about a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier that is not listed here, please email accessibility@thequantumclub.com with the page URL, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
