How we handle data on this site
What docs.thequantumclub.com itself collects and processes — feedback, search analytics, and the in-page assistant — kept deliberately minimal and free of tracking.
This notice covers docs.thequantumclub.com as a property — distinct from the product privacy pages, which describe how Club OS handles member and partner data. The documentation site is built to collect as little as possible.
No tracking, no marketing cookies
This site sets no marketing or advertising cookies and does not track you across
sites. Your light/dark theme preference is stored locally in your browser
(localStorage), never sent to a server. Aggregate, cookieless traffic
analytics (page views, performance) are provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which
does not fingerprint or profile individual visitors.
Page feedback
When you rate a page or leave a comment, we store the page URL, your up/down vote, and the comment text — with a 180-day expiry. We do not store your IP address. To count one vote per reader per day we derive a short hash from a daily-rotating salt plus your IP; the raw IP is never persisted, and the hash cannot be reversed. Comments are scrubbed for personal data (emails, phone numbers, and the like are redacted) before they are ever written.
Search analytics
When a search returns no results, we store the search term — scrubbed of personal data the same way — so we can find and fill content gaps. These entries also expire after 180 days and carry no identifier.
Ask Club AI
The in-page assistant answers questions using the content of this site. Your question is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI (a sub-processor) to generate an answer; we may cache the answer briefly, keyed by a hash of the question, to keep the feature fast and inexpensive. Do not enter personal or confidential information into the assistant.
Your rights
Because the site stores no identifiers, data here cannot be linked back to you, so individual access or deletion requests do not apply to this property. For anything concerning your Club OS account data, see GDPR or contact privacy@thequantumclub.com.
