A teammate cannot see a job

This is almost always role or assignment based, not a bug: 1. Check their role. Some roles only see jobs they are assigned to. Compare what the teammate should see against roles and permissions. 2. Check job level assignment. If your workspace assigns team members per job, confirm the teammate is on the job's team. 3. Check for confidential mode. Confidential searches are restricted to the teammates working them; appearing "missing" is the feature working. An admin can grant access if appropriate — see confidential searches. 4. Confirm the invitation completed. A teammate who never accepted their invite can sign in with a personal account that has no company link. Re send the invite from team settings if needed.

Calendar events are not syncing

1. Confirm the calendar is still connected in the interviewer's settings. Expired authorizations are the most common cause — reconnect Google Calendar or Outlook and re authorize. 2. Check which calendar was connected. A personal calendar connected instead of the work calendar produces "missing" events that are syncing correctly to the wrong place. 3. Reschedule inside the platform. Changes made directly in Google or Outlook do not update the candidate's invitation. Make reschedules in The Quantum Club so both sides stay aligned — see calendar integration. 4. For panel interviews , every interviewer needs their own connected calendar; one missing connection makes the panel's availability look empty.

A candidate is stuck in a stage

1. Find who owns the next action. Open the candidate and check the stage history — most "stuck" candidates are waiting on a specific person's review, feedback, or decision. 2. Check for a committee gate. If the stage feeds the Hiring Committee, the candidate waits until the voting session concludes — see Hiring Committee. 3. Check scorecard completeness. Stages that require feedback hold candidates until interviewers submit scorecards. Chase the missing scorecard, not the stage. 4. Use the SLA dashboard to spot systemic stage delays rather than one off ones — see SLA dashboard.

Notifications are not arriving

1. Check the integration status. In the Integrations hub, the Slack or Microsoft Teams card must show Active . If it shows Inactive, reconnect it — see Slack and Teams. 2. Check the destination channel. Notifications may be flowing to a channel you are not in, or one that was archived. 3. Check personal notification settings for in app and email notifications — they are configured per user under notification settings. 4. Verify with a known event. Move a test candidate or trigger a real action; if the event appears in the audit log but no notification arrives, the problem is delivery, not the event.

Billing access is denied

Billing is restricted to Owner and Admin roles by design. If you need invoice access: 1. Ask a workspace Owner or Admin to either retrieve the invoice for you or upgrade your role. 2. If you believe you already have an admin role, sign out and back in, then retry — then have an Owner verify your role in team settings. 3.
