Billing and invoices
Manage your subscription, payment method, and invoices — and act on a Past Due before it becomes a suspension.
Prerequisites: billing is restricted to Owner and Admin roles in your partner workspace. Other roles do not see billing data — see roles and permissions.
Where to find it
Open the Partner Hub and select the Billing tab in the Operations group. The page is organized into three tabs: Subscription, Billing Details, and Invoices.
Subscription
The Your Subscription panel shows your Current Plan, its Status, and the Renews on date. Payments are processed by Stripe; use Update Payment Method to change the card or payment details on file through Stripe's secure checkout — The Quantum Club never stores your card number.
Subscription statuses you may see:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Subscription is current |
| Trial | You are in a trial period |
| Past Due | A payment failed — update your payment method to avoid service interruption |
| Canceled | The subscription has been canceled |
| Suspended | Access is suspended for non-payment |
Act on Past Due quickly
A Past Due status means a renewal payment failed. Update your payment method promptly to avoid service interruption for your whole team.
Billing details
The Billing Information tab holds your company billing details used for invoicing — keep the legal entity name, address, and tax details current so invoices clear your accounts-payable process without rework.
Invoices
The Your Invoices tab lists your invoices, including placement fee invoices, with two actions:
- Download — get the PDF for your records or finance team.
- Pay Now — settle an open invoice immediately through Stripe checkout.
Update your payment method
Open Billing → Subscription, select Update Payment Method, and complete the Stripe form with the new details.
Verify the change
Back on the Subscription tab, confirm the status shows Active and the renewal date is unchanged. If you were Past Due, any open invoice can be settled from the Invoices tab with Pay Now.
