Company settings
Keep the company identity candidates actually see — profile, logo, branding, and culture statement — current and convincing.
Prerequisites: admin-level access in your partner workspace. See roles and permissions.
Open your company profile
Sign in at os.thequantumclub.com and open your partner settings, then select Company Profile.
Complete the core fields
Fill in the profile fields candidates and the platform rely on:
- Company Name — the legal or trading name shown on your jobs.
- Description — what your company does, written for candidates rather than customers.
- Industry and Company Size
- Headquarters — your primary location.
- Website — candidates check it; make sure it is current.
Upload your logo and set branding
Add your Company Logo — it appears wherever your company is shown, including job listings and candidate-facing surfaces. Review the Branding settings so your presence on the platform matches your brand elsewhere. A complete visual identity measurably improves how seriously candidates treat your roles.
Write your culture statement
The Company Culture field is more than marketing copy: Club AI uses your culture statement when assessing culture alignment for candidates, so a specific, honest statement produces better matching than aspirational boilerplate. Describe how your team actually works — decision style, pace, remote posture — not how you wish it worked.
Round it out with Benefits & Perks so candidates can weigh the full offer before they apply.
Profile completeness unlocks features
Some intelligence features depend on a linked, completed company profile — for example, Executive Briefing Decks show "No company linked" until company setup is finished.
