LinkedIn job syndication and profile import
Syndicate your jobs out to LinkedIn and pull candidate profiles in — one pipeline, more reach, no retyping.
Prerequisites: admin-level access in your partner workspace for the connection itself; any team member can use import once connected.
Connect LinkedIn
Open the Partner Hub Integrations tab (https://os.thequantumclub.com/partner/hub?tab=integrations), find the LinkedIn card, and complete the connection.
Syndicate a job
With LinkedIn connected, jobs you publish in The Quantum Club can be syndicated to LinkedIn so they reach candidates there as well as in the member network. Candidates who respond flow into the same pipeline as every other applicant — one pipeline, multiple sources.
Import candidate profiles
When you add a candidate who exists on LinkedIn, use the LinkedIn import to pull their public profile data — role history, skills, and links — instead of retyping it. Imported profiles land in your pipeline like any manually added candidate, and Club AI scores them against your role the same way.
How the two halves fit together
- Syndication widens the top of your funnel. Use it for roles where the member network alone is not producing enough volume, and watch source effectiveness in your analytics to confirm LinkedIn applicants actually convert.
- Import deepens individual records. It saves data entry and gives Club AI more signal to score with — but an imported profile is a starting point, not a vetted candidate. Review imported data for accuracy before you rely on it.
Respect candidate data
Imported profile data is personal data. Only import profiles of candidates you are genuinely considering for a role, and rely on your pipeline as the system of record rather than keeping copies elsewhere.
