The guest experience
See exactly what a guest goes through on your booking page — picking a time, confirming, and rescheduling or cancelling on their own.
A guest never needs a Quantum Club account to book with you. Your link opens a public page at /book/your-slug where they pick a time, answer your questions, and confirm — and then manage the booking themselves if plans change.
Booking, from the guest's side
Open the link
The guest lands on your booking page and sees your title, description, and a calendar of open times. Slots are shown in the guest's own timezone.
Pick a time
They choose from the slots you actually have free. Times that fail your rules — too soon, outside your hours, already busy — are never shown.
Answer your questions and confirm
They enter their name and email, answer any custom questions you set, and confirm. If the link requires approval, the booking arrives to you as a request rather than a confirmed event.
What the guest receives
After booking, the guest gets a confirmation by email with the details and, when the link creates one, a Quantum Meetings room to join. Reminders follow before the meeting. See Reminders and no-shows.
Self-service reschedule and cancel
Plans change, and you do not want to be the bottleneck. Each booking carries a private management link in the guest's email. From it, the guest can:
- Reschedule to another open slot, recomputed against your live availability.
- Cancel the booking, with a reason.
You decide whether a link allows guests to reschedule or cancel on their own. When those controls are off, changes route back through you instead.
The person who made the booking can change it — without emailing you — but only within the limits you set on the link.
Reschedules respect your rules
A guest rescheduling does not get a free pass around your availability. The new time has to be genuinely open, just like the original booking — so a reschedule can never put a meeting on a slot you are busy in.
