Create a booking link
Build a shareable booking link with the duration, buffers, notice, questions, and limits that fit how you meet.
A booking link is a public page where guests pick a time that works for both of you. Each link carries its own rules, so you can keep a 15-minute intro link and a 60-minute deep-dive link side by side.
Build the link
Set the duration
Choose how long the meeting runs. New links default to 30 minutes; set whatever length the conversation needs.
Add buffers
Set buffer time before and after the meeting so back-to-back bookings do not collide. Buffers are subtracted from your availability the same way a busy calendar event is, so a 30-minute meeting with a 15-minute after-buffer holds 45 minutes of your day.
Set how far ahead, and how soon
Two limits keep the link sensible: a booking window (how many days into the future guests can book, 60 by default) and a minimum notice (how close to now a booking is allowed, 2 hours by default). A guest cannot grab the next ten minutes, and they cannot book six months out unless you allow it.
Add custom questions
Ask for what you need before the meeting — a topic, a company name, a link to review. Answers travel with the booking so you walk in prepared.
Brand it
Give the link a title, a short description, and an accent color. You can point guests to a confirmation message or a redirect of your choosing once they finish booking.
/book/your-slug and ready to share the moment you save it.Caps and approval
Each link can carry limits beyond the basic window:
- Daily cap — limit how many bookings a single day can take, so a busy link does not swallow your week.
- Single-use or total-use — a link can accept one booking and close, or cap the total number of times it can ever be booked. Useful for a one-off slot you do not want reused.
- Approval required — turn this on and a booking arrives as a request you confirm, rather than landing on your calendar automatically.
Turn a booking into a meeting
A booking link can create a Quantum Meetings room on its own. With auto-create enabled — the default — every booking comes with a meeting room already attached, so neither side has to make one. You can also switch on Club AI for the meeting so notes and insights are captured without anyone pressing record.
One link, many jobs
Because the meeting room, the questions, and any payment all hang off the same link, sharing the link is the only step you have to repeat. Everything downstream is configured once.
