Club Booking is the scheduling layer of The Quantum Club: you publish a booking link, a guest picks a time that is genuinely free, and a confirmed booking lands on both your calendars. No back-and-forth email, no double-bookings.
The core loop
Set your availability
Tell Club Booking the hours and days you take meetings, your timezone, and how much buffer you want around each one. Connect Google or Microsoft so your real busy time is subtracted automatically. See Availability.
Create a booking link
Give the link a duration, optional questions, and limits like minimum notice or a daily cap. Each link gets its own public address at /book/your-slug. See Create a booking link.
Share it
Send the link, drop it in a signature, or embed it on a page. Guests see only times that pass every rule you set. See The guest experience.
Let it run
A booking writes to your calendar, sends confirmations, and can open a Quantum Meetings room on its own. Reminders go out before the meeting, and high-risk no-shows get an extra nudge. See Reminders and no-shows.
Who it is for
- Members use booking links for intro calls, mentoring, and any meeting they would otherwise schedule by hand.
- Partners use the same engine for hiring — interview links candidates book themselves, and concierge scheduling runs on your behalf. See Interview scheduling.
What makes it different
A slot only appears when it is genuinely bookable — inside your hours, clear of your calendars, and past your minimum notice.
Because availability is computed against your live calendars at the moment a guest looks, the times they see are the times you can actually take. The same booking can open a Quantum Meetings room, attach Club AI for notes, and collect payment before it is confirmed — so one link does the work of a scheduler, a video tool, and a checkout.
