Connect your calendar
Connect Google or Microsoft so Club Booking subtracts your real busy time and writes confirmed bookings straight to your calendar.
Connecting a calendar is what makes availability trustworthy: your real busy time is subtracted before a guest ever sees a slot, and confirmed bookings land on your calendar without a copy-paste.
Supported calendars
Club Booking connects to Google and Microsoft. Connect the account that already holds your meetings — that is the busy time you want subtracted.
Connect
Open your calendar connections
Go to Scheduling and open your calendar settings.
Choose Google or Microsoft
Pick your provider and sign in. You authorize The Quantum Club to read your busy time and write events; you stay in control of the account.
Choose which calendars to check
If your account has more than one calendar, decide whether Club Booking checks all of them for conflicts or just your primary one. Checking all of them is the safer default — a slot you are busy in anywhere never gets offered.
What the connection does
- Reads your busy time so overlapping slots are hidden across every calendar you check.
- Writes confirmed bookings to your calendar as events, so a booking is on your schedule the moment it is made.
- Stays current by refreshing access in the background, so you are not reconnecting every week.
If a connection stops working
Access can lapse — a password change or a revoked permission will break the link. When that happens, Club Booking can no longer see your busy time, and it falls back to offering any slot inside your hours that is not already booked through a link. If slots start appearing on times you are busy, reconnect the calendar from your scheduling settings.
A reconnect fixes most availability surprises
The most common cause of a wrong slot being offered is a calendar connection that quietly expired. Reconnect first, then check your hours and buffers.
