Reminders
Once a booking is confirmed, reminders go out on a schedule ahead of the meeting — a day before, an hour before, and shortly before it starts. Reminders can reach the guest by email and by text, so the meeting stays top of mind without you sending anything yourself.
Reminders carry the meeting details and, when the link creates one, the link to join the Quantum Meetings room.
The no-show nudge
Some bookings are likelier to be missed than others. Club Booking flags high-risk bookings in the next day and sends each one an extra, personalized reminder beyond the standard schedule.
That nudge is built to recover the meeting, not just repeat the time:
- A friendly note that you are looking forward to meeting.
- An easy reschedule link, in case the original time stopped working.
- A way to add the meeting to their calendar.
A booking at risk of being missed gets one more, warmer touch — with an easy path to reschedule rather than simply not show.
The intervention runs on its own and sends each at-risk booking a single extra reminder, so the guest is helped, not pestered.
