See exactly what The Quantum Club holds about you, export all of it, or delete your account — no support ticket required.
What is stored and why
The Quantum Club stores what membership requires to function, and the purpose of each category is concrete:
- Identity and contact details — your name, email, and verification data. Required to operate your account securely and, because the network is human-reviewed, to keep it trusted.
- Your career profile — resume, skills, work history, photo, and preferences. This is the substance of your membership; it powers matching, applications, and your Talent Strategist's work.
- Activity data — applications, saved jobs, assessment results, and Academy progress. This is your own history on the platform and feeds your analytics.
- Meeting artifacts — recordings and transcripts from recorded Quantum Meetings calls, with consent surfaced before you participate. See After the meeting.
- Security data — sessions, sign-in methods, and security events, kept to protect the account itself.
Data is collected for the membership purposes above — never harvested for unrelated uses. If a category has no membership purpose, it is not stored.
Manage it from privacy settings
Your privacy controls live in settings under Privacy & Data Rights, where you manage your personal data and exercise your GDPR rights directly — no support ticket required.
Export your data
Open Privacy & Data Rights
Go to settings and open the privacy section.
Request the export
Choose the data export option and your preferred format.
Download
When you see Data Export Ready, your data has been exported and the download starts shortly. Store the file securely — it contains everything the platform holds about you.
Delete your account
Deletion is available from the same place. Delete Account permanently deletes your account and all associated data.
Deletion is permanent
Choosing Delete My Account removes your profile, applications, history, and access — this is not a deactivation you can reverse later. Export your data first if you may ever want it.
Your rights, in short
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, and erase your personal data. The export and deletion tools above cover access, portability, and erasure directly; corrections you make yourself by editing your profile and settings. For anything these tools do not cover, contact The Quantum Club through your account.
