Complete your profile
Build the profile Club AI matches from — every section you complete sharpens your scores and your Talent Strategist's case for you.
Prerequisites: an approved account. Have a current resume file ready.
Why completeness matters
Club AI matches you to roles using your skills, experience, location, and salary expectations. Every empty section is signal it cannot use. A complete profile means higher-confidence match scores, better recommendations, and a Talent Strategist who can advocate for you with specifics instead of guesses. If you enable Club Sync auto-apply later, the profile is also what gets you past the 90 percent match threshold.
Build the profile
Upload your resume
Open your profile and upload your resume. Keep it current — partners and your Talent Strategist see it alongside applications. You can preview, download, or replace it at any time.
Add your skills
List the skills you actually use, not every tool you have touched. Skills feed directly into matching, so precision beats volume — a focused list produces better matches than a padded one.
Fill in work history
Add each role with scope and outcomes. Reviewers and matching both weigh evidence of what you delivered, so "grew revenue from X to Y" carries more than a list of duties.
Upload a photo
A clear, professional photo. It appears wherever partners and strategists see your profile, including meeting rooms and application views.
Confirm preferences
Check your location, mobility, and compensation expectations carry over correctly from onboarding. These gate which roles you are matched to — a stale location quietly filters out good roles.
Keep it living
Revisit your profile after every meaningful change — a new skill, a finished role, a salary expectation shift. Matching reflects what is on the profile today, not what was true when you joined.
