Quickstart
Go from a fresh invite to a dossier in human review and a Talent Strategist assigned — your first ten minutes as a member of The Quantum Club.
Prerequisites: an email address you control. If your organization uses single sign-on, your work email is enough.
Create your account
Go to os.thequantumclub.com, open /auth, and choose Sign up. Pick a sign-in method — a passkey is recommended, with magic link, password, and SSO also available. Use an address you check regularly, since approval updates and interview invitations arrive there. Full detail in Create your account.
Complete onboarding
You land in onboarding, a structured set of checkpoints that builds your private dossier: identity, proof of work, trajectory, compensation expectations, and mobility. Work through each checkpoint at your own pace — progress is saved, so you can stop and return.
Submit for human review
When onboarding is complete, your dossier moves into a pending-approval state. A real reviewer reads it and a Talent Strategist is assigned to you. You can sign in during this period, but member features stay locked until approval. See The approval journey for what happens and when.
Prepare while you wait
The review window is useful time. Have a current resume ready to upload, think through an honest compensation range, and add a passkey under Security. Tightening your dossier evidence — strong links and a sharp CV — speeds up the reviewer's calibration.
Build your profile on approval
Approval opens the full member surface in one step. Complete your profile — resume, skills, work history, and a photo — because completeness directly improves how well Club AI matches you to roles. From there you can search curated jobs, apply, and track each application through screening, interviews, and assessments. See Complete your profile.
