The approval journey
Know what happens while a human reads your dossier, how long it usually takes, and how to make the waiting time count.
Why there is a review
The Quantum Club is private by design.
Every new member's dossier is read by a human reviewer — not scored by an algorithm and waved through.
That review protects the quality of the network you are joining: companies trust that members are vetted, and you benefit from that trust the moment you apply to a role.
What happens during review
When you complete onboarding, your dossier moves into a pending-approval state and two things happen:
- A human reviews your dossier. Reviewers look for evidence of unusually high agency — scope, proof, and trajectory — not keyword volume. Links, a sharp CV, and concrete outcomes help them calibrate fast.
- A Talent Strategist is assigned to you. This is the person who will know your profile, calibrate introductions, and work with you once you are approved.
You can sign in during this period. Your account works, but member features stay locked until approval.
Typical timeline
Most reviews complete within a few business days. Complex profiles, missing evidence, or high application volume can extend that. If the reviewer needs more from you, you hear about it by email rather than being silently declined.
Taking longer than expected?
If you have waited noticeably longer than a week, check that your onboarding is fully complete and your email is verified, then see Troubleshooting.
What you can prepare meanwhile
The review window is useful time:
- Tighten your dossier evidence. Strong links and a current CV speed up calibration.
- Get your resume ready. You upload it right after approval — see Complete your profile.
- Think through compensation. Onboarding asks for market expectations; having a clear, honest range protects your time later.
- Set up security. Add a passkey and review your sign-in methods under Security.
What unlocks on approval
Approval opens the full member surface in one step:
Jobs
Search and filter curated roles, save the ones that interest you.
Assessments
Incubator20 and Quantum Signals, assigned as roles require them.
Growth tools
Academy, referrals, personal analytics, and Club AI.
You also get applications tracking, offer comparison, Quantum Meetings for interviews, and direct contact with your Talent Strategist.
If the outcome is a decline
Not every application is approved. A decline is about fit with the current network, not a verdict on your career. You are notified by email, and the notice explains anything you can do next.
