Decide how, when, and in what language The Quantum Club reaches you — notifications, quiet hours, appearance, and email.
Notifications
Notification settings give you a master switch per channel, plus per-event controls under each:
- Email Notifications — interview, application, and account updates by email. Toggle individual types such as Application Updates, New Messages, Meeting Reminders, Stage Updates, and Offer Notifications, and set a Digest Frequency if you prefer batched delivery over immediate sends.
- Push Notifications — alerts on your device for time-sensitive events.
- SMS notifications — optional, used only for urgent scheduling and security updates. Requires a phone number.
- WhatsApp notifications — urgent scheduling updates through WhatsApp when available. Add a phone number to enable it.
- In-app notifications — product alerts and account updates inside The Quantum Club.
Quiet Hours
Enable Quiet Hours to pause non-urgent notifications during a window you define with a Start Time and End Time. Urgent items still get through; everything else waits.
A sane baseline
Keep email on for application and offer events, enable push for meeting reminders, and set Quiet Hours over your sleep window. You can tighten from there once you see your real notification volume.
Language and region
Under Language & Region, set your Display Language, Date Format, Time Format, and timezone. The timezone matters more than it looks — meeting invitations and reminders are scheduled against it, so keep it correct when you travel or relocate.
Appearance
Under Appearance, choose your Theme — Light or Dark. The choice is purely visual and applies immediately.
Email preferences
Your account email is where security messages, approval updates, and notification email all arrive. You can update the address associated with your account from settings; changes to your sign-in email are confirmed for security before they take effect. Fine-grained control over which emails you receive lives in the notification settings above, not in a separate subscription page.
