Join a meeting
Get into any Quantum Meetings call from a link — signed in or as a guest, even when your camera is blocked.
Prerequisites: a meeting link and a modern browser. An account is not required — guest links work without one.
Join from a link
Open the meeting link while signed in to The Quantum Club. The room recognizes you — no name entry, no extra dialog. If the host has switched on Require Approval, you wait briefly while the host admits you; otherwise you go straight to the pre-join screen.
Meeting links work without a Quantum Club account when the host has allowed non-members. Open the link, enter your name (email is optional), and request to join. You may see Waiting for Host — the host will approve your entry shortly.
Step by step
Open the link
Click the invitation link. It opens directly in the browser — nothing to install.
Grant camera and microphone access
The browser asks for permission to use your camera and microphone. Camera and microphone access is optional: grant access now, or join with devices off.
Check your audio and video
On the pre-join screen, confirm your camera preview looks right and your microphone is picking up sound. Switch devices here if you have more than one.
Join
Enter the room. You see your own tile and the meeting controls for camera, microphone, and leaving the call.
If your camera or microphone is blocked
A denied permission does not lock you out. When access is blocked, the room shows a Join Anyway option — choose it to enter with your devices off. You can still hear and see the meeting, and you can enable devices later once you fix the browser permission.
To fix the permission itself: open your browser's site settings for the meeting page, set Camera and Microphone to Allow, then reload. The same applies if you initially clicked "Block" by accident.
Joining from a phone
Mobile browsers work the same way: open the link, grant or skip permissions, join. If the connection struggles on mobile data, moving to Wi-Fi usually resolves it — see Troubleshooting.
