Quantum Signals
Take Quantum Signals knowing exactly what it observes, how a session runs, and how the result is — and is not — used.
What it is
Quantum Signals is an observed work-sample assessment. You work through realistic professional moments — for example, triaging incoming signals and handling a trust-sensitive situation — and the platform records how you approach them. The output is observed evidence of how you work, attached to your profile as a supporting signal.
Quantum Signals observes how you work — it does not judge who you are.
What it is not
This deserves its own section, stated without hedging:
- It is not a personality test. Quantum Signals observes behavior on work tasks. It does not categorize your personality, infer traits, or place you on any psychological scale.
- It makes no clinical or diagnostic claims. Nothing in the assessment measures, screens for, or comments on any psychological or medical condition.
- It does not decide outcomes. Results are classified as screening support: they inform human screening decisions but never make them. No application is accepted or rejected by a Quantum Signals score alone — a human always reviews the evidence in context.
Your result is one well-documented data point a reviewer reads alongside your resume, interviews, and everything else. It can strengthen your case or prompt a follow-up question. It cannot, by design, be the reason for a decision on its own.
How a session works
Receive the assignment
Quantum Signals appears at /assessments when it is assigned to you, with any due date and notes from the assigner.
Set aside focused time
The scenarios reward attention. Take the session in one sitting, in a quiet environment, the way you would handle real work that matters.
Work the scenarios
Respond to each situation as you genuinely would. There is no persona to perform — the value of the evidence comes from it being an honest sample of your working style.
Submit
Your responses are scored server-side and the result attaches to your profile as observed work-sample evidence.
How to approach it
Do the work as yourself. Because Quantum Signals samples real behavior rather than testing knowledge, the best preparation is being rested and focused. Trying to guess "the right answer" usually produces weaker evidence than handling the situation the way your experience tells you to.
