Apply and track applications
Submit an application in three steps and follow it through every stage to an outcome.
Prerequisites: an approved account with a complete profile — your resume travels with every application.
Apply to a role
Open the role
From Jobs, open a listing to see the full description, requirements, responsibilities, and salary range.
Choose Apply Now
Select Apply for this Position. If you have already applied, the listing shows Already Applied instead — you cannot double-apply.
Confirm submission
You see a confirmation once the application is in. From this moment it is visible to the hiring company and your Talent Strategist.
Strengthen the application
Many roles benefit from a tailored cover letter. From the job detail page, choose Generate a Cover Letter to open the Cover Letter Builder pre-loaded with that role.
Track your applications
Open the Applications tab on the Jobs page to see everything you have in flight.
What the statuses mean
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Applied | Submitted and visible to the company |
| Screening | Being reviewed against the role's requirements |
| Interview | You are in the interview loop |
| Assessment | An assessment has been assigned — see Assessments |
| Offer | The company has extended an offer |
| Hired | Signed and done |
| Rejected | The company moved on with someone else |
The timeline
Each application has a timeline showing stage changes as they happen, so you always know where things stand without chasing anyone.
Where feedback appears
When a company or your Talent Strategist leaves feedback on an application, it appears on the application itself. Decline notices include any feedback the company chose to share. You are also notified through your enabled channels — manage those under Settings.
