Compare your offers
Open the Offers page
Choose Offers in the navigation. Every offer extended to you through the platform appears here. If the page is empty, you have no active offers yet — Browse Jobs takes you back to the board.
Filter by status
Switch between All, Pending, Accepted, and Declined to focus on what needs a decision.
Switch to Compare view
The default Cards view shows each offer individually. Switch to Compare to line offers up side by side — compensation, terms, and the details that differ — so trade-offs become visible instead of mental arithmetic.
Read the Club AI analysis
Each offer includes a Club AI Analysis that breaks down how the offer sits against your expectations and the market. Use Get Negotiation Help for guidance on what to push on and how. Treat both as preparation for your own judgment, not a decision made for you.
Respond
From an offer you can Accept, Decline, or use Propose Changes to open a negotiation rather than answering yes or no. Your Talent Strategist sees the same offer and can advise before you commit.
Negotiate at the right moment
