Club Sync
Let The Quantum Club apply to your strongest-matching roles on your behalf — only after you turn it on, and only on the terms you set.
Club Sync applies to roles for you automatically, so a strong match never passes while you are not looking. It is off until you turn it on, it follows rules you choose, and you can switch it off at any time.
Club Sync never acts without your explicit consent. It stays off by default; it runs only after you enable it; and turning it off stops it immediately. You are in control before, during, and after.
What Club Sync does
When Club Sync is on, The Quantum Club submits applications on your behalf to roles that clear the match threshold you set. Each application is filed the same way a direct application is — it enters your Applications list and the company's pipeline, marked as a Club Sync application so its origin is clear. Club Sync runs on a regular schedule and you receive a summary of every application submitted for you.
Club Sync only ever applies. It does not accept offers, decline roles, schedule interviews, or make any binding decision for you — those stay yours.
Turning it on
Club Sync is off until you enable it. You turn it on from your jobs view, where a confirmation step asks you to set your terms before anything is submitted:
- Match threshold — the minimum match score a role must reach before Club Sync will apply. You set it on a slider; the default is 90% and the floor is 80%, so Club Sync only ever applies to your strongest fits.
- Exclude your current employer — on by default, so Club Sync does not apply to roles at the company where you work.
- Notify before applying — choose to be told about each application.
- Profile and dossier sharing — choose how much of your profile travels with a Club Sync application.
Your choices are recorded as a consent receipt the moment you confirm, so there is a clear record of what you agreed to and when.
Pausing or turning it off
Turn Club Sync off from the same control you used to turn it on. Once off, no further applications are submitted on your behalf. Applications already filed stay in your Applications list, where you track and manage them like any other.
You can withdraw Club Sync consent at any time. Switching it off stops new applications immediately; it does not retract applications already submitted.
What data it uses
Club Sync works from the profile you already maintain. It applies based on your match score for a role, and the application carries the profile and dossier detail you chose to share when you turned it on. Your application is visible to the hiring company and your Talent Strategist — not the wider membership — the same as any application you submit yourself.
