Success Metrics dashboard
Measure whether your hiring actually works — funnel and conversion before the hire, quality and retention after it.
The metrics split across two surfaces in the Partner Hub: the Analytics view (funnel and conversion) and the Success Metrics Dashboard (outcomes after the hire).
Funnel and pipeline metrics (Analytics)
The Analytics tab covers everything up to the hire:
- Hiring funnel — applications through shortlist, interview, offer, and hire, with conversion between stages. A healthy funnel narrows gradually; a cliff at one stage points at a process problem in that stage, not the candidates.
- Pipeline health — how candidates are distributed across stages and where they are aging.
- Time to hire — how long candidates spend from application to acceptance.
- Source effectiveness — which channels produce candidates who actually get hired, so you invest where hires come from rather than where applications come from.
- Offer acceptance — the share of offers candidates accept. Falling acceptance usually signals slow processes or off-market packages before anything else.
- Diversity view — pipeline composition so you can spot where diverse candidates drop out, stage by stage.
Outcome metrics (Success Metrics Dashboard)
The Success tab opens the Success Metrics Dashboard, which measures what happens after you hire:
| Metric | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Total Hires | Placements made through the platform |
| Avg Time to Hire | Average days from application to hire |
| 90-Day Retention | Percentage of hires still employed after 90 days |
| Quality Score | Composite quality of hire, out of 100 |
Quality of hire composite
The Quality Score is a weighted composite of three factors:
- 90-Day Retention — 40% weight
- Time-to-Productivity — 30% weight
- Hiring Manager Satisfaction — 30% weight
A single number hides less here than usual because the three factors correct each other: fast-to-productive hires who leave at month two drag retention; long-tenured hires who never ramp drag productivity.
ROI per placement
The ROI panel relates your total placement fees to the value of the hires they produced over the last six months — total fees, average cost per hire, and a return multiple ("every $1 spent returns $X in hire value"). Use it to defend hiring budget with evidence rather than instinct.
90-Day Retention tracker
The retention tracker shows your retention rate against target with a trend direction (Improving or Declining) and a plain-language rating (Excellent, Good, or Needs attention). Retention below target is the single strongest signal that something upstream — scoping, assessment, or onboarding — needs work.
New accounts start empty
If you see "No success data yet", you have not made placements through the platform yet. Metrics populate automatically once you start hiring.
