Generate an Executive Briefing Deck
Assemble a board-ready hiring intelligence report, choose exactly which sections it carries, and export the PDF before the meeting.
Prerequisites: your account is linked to a company profile, and you have access to the Partner Hub Intelligence tabs. If you see "No company linked", finish company setup first.
Open the Briefing Deck
In the Partner Hub at os.thequantumclub.com, switch to the Intelligence group and select Briefing Deck. The page is titled Executive Briefing Deck and describes itself as a board-ready hiring intelligence report.
Choose the sections to include
The left panel, Include Sections, lists the available sections:
- Hiring Progress — pipeline overview with total applications, hires, and active jobs
- Time & Cost Metrics
- Pipeline Health
- Benchmarks — anonymized averages across The Quantum Club partner network
- Quarterly Trends
- Open Roles Summary
Tick the sections you want, or use Select All / Deselect All. The preview pane updates as you select; sections without data yet show a note such as "No quarterly trend data available yet."
Review the preview
Check the right-hand preview before exporting. This is exactly what your stakeholders will see, titled Executive Hiring Briefing. If a section looks thin, deselect it — a shorter, sharper deck lands better in a board meeting.
Generate the PDF
Select Generate PDF. The deck downloads as executive-briefing-YYYY-MM-DD.pdf and a confirmation appears: "Briefing PDF generated." If you have no sections selected, the export is blocked with "No sections selected" — pick at least one and retry.
Share with decision-makers
Send the PDF to your leadership or hiring committee, or attach it to your next review meeting. Because the export is a static snapshot, regenerate it before each meeting so the numbers reflect the current pipeline.
Benchmarks are anonymized
The Benchmarks section compares your hiring performance against anonymized averages across The Quantum Club partner network. No individual company is identifiable in the comparison data.
