What the assistant does
Reaching out well takes time your team would rather spend on decisions. Club AI handles the wording: it drafts professional messages from a short brief, and it translates any message in a thread on demand. You stay in control — nothing sends without you.
Drafting a message
Ask Club AI to draft a message and you give it the shape, not the sentences. It writes from two choices:
- Type — the purpose of the message: a follow-up, an introduction, a thank-you, a negotiation note, or a networking touch.
- Tone — formal, friendly, or casual, to match the relationship.
Club AI returns a draft you can use as is or edit before sending. It writes the message; the decision to send is always a human one.
Set the brief
Tell Club AI who the message is for, the type, and the tone. Add a sentence of context — what prompted the message — and the draft sharpens accordingly.
Review the draft
Read what comes back. Edit anything that does not sound like your team. The draft is a starting point, not a final word.
Send it yourself
Sending stays in your hands. Club AI does not send a message on your behalf without your confirmation.
Translating a thread
Working across languages is common in a curated, international membership. Any message in a conversation can be translated on demand into a wide set of languages, and the translation is saved alongside the original so the thread stays readable for everyone who reads it later.
