Referrals and invites
Refer members and companies, watch your pipeline build, and earn from the placements your network produces.
How referrals work
The referrals hub at /referrals is where you bring people into The Quantum Club and get rewarded when those introductions turn into placements. There are two directions to refer:
- Refer a Member — introduce a strong operator into the network. When your referral leads to a placement, you earn from the placement fee.
- Claim Company — connect a company into the network through its referral program and earn from the hiring it generates.
Use Share Link to get your personal referral link; anyone who joins through it is attributed to you automatically. The Invites tab tracks invitations you have sent.
Tracking your pipeline and earnings
The hub shows your full referral economics, not vanity counts:
- Pipeline — referrals currently moving through stages, with notifications as each one advances.
- Total Revenue Generated — placement fees produced by your referrals.
- Realized Rewards — confirmed earnings from placed referrals.
- Projected Rewards — estimates from your active pipeline, so you can see what is building before it lands.
- Activity and History — the running record of everything your network has done.
The tier ladder
Placements move you up a tier ladder. The hub shows your current tier, your progress to the next one, and how many placements remain to get there. Higher tiers carry a percentage bonus on rewards — the program pays consistency, not one lucky introduction.
Quality compounds
Because earnings come from placements, not sign-ups, one excellent referral outearns ten casual ones. Refer people you would genuinely vouch for — that is also what keeps the network worth joining.
Achievements and challenges
Milestones unlock achievements as you go — placements, tier upgrades, streaks. Time-boxed challenges appear periodically with their own leaderboards; choose Join Challenge while one is active to compete. The Leaderboard tab shows where you stand among referrers.
Getting started
Open the referrals hub
Go to /referrals and copy your link with Share Link.
Make your first introduction
Send the link to one person who genuinely belongs in the network, with a personal note about why.
Watch the pipeline
Follow their progress in the Pipeline tab. You are notified as they advance, and rewards appear as projected, then realized.
