# How Club Booking works

Club Booking, the scheduling layer of The Quantum Club: publish a link, a guest picks a genuinely free time, and it lands on your calendar and in their inbox.

No back-and-forth email, no double-bookings. Shown in-app as **Scheduling** and **Booking Links**.

## The core loop

### Set your availability

Tell Club Booking the hours and days you take meetings, your timezone, and how much buffer you want around each one. Connect Google or Microsoft so your real busy time is subtracted automatically. See [Availability](/booking/availability).

### Create a booking link

## Who it is for

- **Members** use booking links for intro calls, mentoring, and any meeting they would otherwise schedule by hand.

## What makes it different

Because availability is computed against your live calendars at the moment a guest looks, the times they see are the times you can actually take. The same booking can open a Quantum Meetings room, attach Club AI for notes, and collect payment before it is confirmed — so one link does the work of a scheduler, a video tool, and a checkout.
